On November 30th, the “Technology Research and Development of Key Technologies for Intelligent Distribution Network Information Exchange” undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Electric Power and the “Research and Development of On-line Monitoring and Risk Assessment Technology for Reliability Distribution Network” project passed the China Electrical Engineering Society. The identification of scientific and technological achievements, the two projects have achieved a number of key technological breakthroughs. The appraisal committee believes that the research and research on the key technology research and development of intelligent distribution network information exchange is innovative in the intelligent distribution network information exchange bus, information model database, adaptive access of distribution terminals, etc. Grid information integration, interoperability and improvement of business system management and control capabilities play an important role, and the overall level has reached the international leading level; "Intelligent Distribution Network Reliability Online Monitoring and Risk Assessment Technology Research and Development" project research in distribution network risk assessment indicators The system, risk model, and weak link identification are innovative, and the research results have improved the risk management capability of the distribution network operation, and the overall level has reached the international leading level.
The “Research and Development of Key Technologies for Intelligent Distribution Network Information Exchange” project proposed a unified service information management technology scheme for distribution network based on information exchange bus, which realized the business layout, information flow visualization and anomaly analysis technology; developed based on IEC61968 standard The distribution network information exchange bus realizes the optimal operation technology based on bus active analysis and control and application adapter distributed coordination. The CIM/XSD-based native XML and relational hybrid distribution network model data storage method is proposed. The distribution network information full model database and data resource service system are proposed. The plug-and-play method of distribution automation terminal based on IEC61850 standard and WebService and the real-time topology construction method of distribution terminal based on CIM are proposed, and the distribution network automation terminal is developed. The interoperable service system realizes adaptive access of the distribution terminal. The project results have been successfully applied to distribution networks in seven cities including Chongqing and Xiamen.
The “Intelligent Distribution Network Reliability Online Monitoring and Risk Assessment Technology Research and Development” project proposes comprehensive consideration of distribution network operation mode, equipment health status, load uncertainty, fault randomness, external influence, distributed power access and other factors. The intelligent distribution network online risk factor library and risk assessment index system provide a scientific basis for multidimensional measurement and evaluation of intelligent distribution network operation risk, and construct a map, number and structure for intelligent distribution network risk assessment application and comply with IEC61968 standard. The library integrated multi-source information fusion platform developed an online monitoring, risk assessment and visual early warning system for reliability of intelligent distribution network. The project results have been successfully applied to high-reliability demonstration zones in three cities of Chongqing, Xiamen and Qingdao and demonstration zones of distribution networks in key cities.
